ATTENDANCE:  Be sure the classes you choose fit your schedule and the student
is committed to dance.  A trial class may be taken; however, only fully registered
(tuition paid) students can be guaranteed a space in class.  If your child needs to
withdraw from class, please notify the teacher.
Tuition is due until we receive
notification of withdrawal.

CLASS PLACEMENT: We always try to place students according to their age and
ability, however, it takes a few classes to insure their proper placement.  Class
placement is up to the discretion of the Instructor or Director.  As ballet is the basis for
all dance forms, we recommend that each student start with that discipline.

MISSED/MAKE-UP CLASSES:  Any missed classes may be made up in a
similar level.  Please check with your child's instructor for her recommendations.  No
refunds or reductions in monthly tuition will be given for missed class.

RECITAL:  Recital will be held on May 15th, students registered as of November 1,
2009,
are assumed to participate in recital and are responsible for costume cost. If a
costume has been ordered and the child cancels, there is no refund on the costume.

Students that register after January 1, 2010 may not be able to participate in the
recital.

COSTUMES:  We spend many hours determining the correct costumes for each
class.  They are always age appropriate and of the highest quality.  In order for
costumes to be delivered in time for recital, orders are placed the first week of
December. Costumes will not be ordered until paid in full.  Parents or Guardians
accept full responsibility for all expenses for costumes ordered late.   Costumes will
be $60 and will be broken down into *2 payments this year as follows:

1st Payment Due   October                   $30

Final Payment Due November             $30

(Please note-You may break the payments into 3 payments of $20, Oct, Nov and
December 1.)  Please let staff know which you are doing.  Costumes that are XL have
an additional charge and will be billed to the parent/guardian.

VISITORS:  Those interested in taking dance lessons are encouraged to make an
appointment to visit the class the student is interested in; however, "friends" become
a disruption and therefore are not allowed to be in the studio during class.

CLASS ATTIRE: Parents, I always recommend that you wait to see if
your child wants to continue class before purchasing shoes.  Also
there are parents who have used shoes that may want to sell
them and it is cheaper to do this.
